Reflections
It's really fun to look back on these artworks. Some of these still need polishing and some of these I'm surprised I created at a younger age.
My studio teacher was my main source of encouragement while I created these artworks– unlike other studios that would strictly demand its students to draw certain objects and imitate them in specific styles, my teacher insisted that freedom for creativity was the most important. Therefore, she taught her classes by letting us draft artworks based on a theme and then occasionally would direct us in the process.
It was through her that I understood concepts such as negative space and positive space. It was also through her that I began to fully understand what art meant to me.

Outside of school, I've worked with a local art studio since I was in middle school. Most of these were drawings on paper and weren't recorded properly while I was producing them (I barely knew the process of art documentation yet). However, this outside of school experience most directly contributed to my growth of skills in art.
